To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ava@omajewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Return Policy: 

We do our absolute best to provide you with the highest quality heirloom, and to make every piece of jewelry as precious as the moment it commemorates.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 5 days after receiving the item. We will give you our return address and will refund. All Oma Pieces are made to order, one-of-a-kind. All returns will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total amount 

Special orders / sale items or promotions / engraved or any custom made pieces – cannot be returned or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with all packaging and in the same condition that you received it in.

 

Warranty:


There is a 6 month  warranty on all jewelry items purchased from Oma. The warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or materials.
Should your item get damaged after the expiration of the warranty period, we can still repair the item as needed. Repair fees will vary, so please contact us for details.

 

International Returns:

Please note that return shipping for international orders is in the customers responsibility and is not covered by Oma Jewelry.

If a parcel is lost or sent to the wrong address provided, it is not in our ability to refund or exchange the item.

Quality is extremely important to us so if your jewelry is damaged we would be happy to fix it for you within our 180 days warranty. To initiate the repair process, please email us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

 

Cancelation / Refund Policy:

All items made to order, customized or engraved pieces, items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales and all engagement rings, cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.


Deposits given for custom made jewelry or engagement rings – are non refundable. 


Cancellation of a transaction would accrue in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. If applicable, once we receive the jewelry back, your returned item will be inspected, The account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
