DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We are happy to provide international shipping. We ship using Fed-Ex, UPS and DHL.

All jewelry pieces are shipped via FedEx, DHL or UPS and come with tracking. Delivery with a signature can be added at checkout by selecting the appropriate shipping method. Packages are shipped out the day they are completed.

For stationery and small home goods, shipping is calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost parcels or delays due to weather or holds at customs. If you would like a shipment delivered there, please consider an alternative recipient address.

All custom and sale items can not be purchased with additional discount codes.

DO YOU CHARGE TAXES ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

Please be informed of your country’s import policies before committing to a purchase, as any taxes, duties or customs upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer, and are in no way controlled by Oma Jewelry.

WHAT CURRENCY DOES OMA JEWELRY USE?

All Oma Jewelry pieces are displayed and charged in USD.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

Our pieces are delicate by nature, so we encourage our customers to take extra care when wearing Oma Jewelry pieces, especially rings. Please try to remove jewelry when doing rough handwork that may damage the stones. We also recommend removing your jewelry when washing your hands, showering and sleeping.

Oma Jewelry is not responsible for broken or lost stones, however we offer stone replacements for a reasonable repair fee. We also offer polishing and resizing of any Oma Jewelry products.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIME?

All jewelry pieces are made to order, so please allow a minimum of 5-8 business weeks for jewelry to be handmade before shipping. During periods of higher volume, such as the holidays, production time may increase to 3-6 weeks. Please write the requested deadline date at time of order in order for our team to best meet your needs.

DO YOU GIFT WRAP?

Our pieces come elegantly packaged in our custom branded packaging crafted from sustainable sources with our logo foil stamped in gold on the box lid, which rest assured is very pretty. If you would like a personalized card included, please let us know with your order.

Oma Jewelry cannot guarantee that colors represented on the website will exactly match the jewelry you receive. Since all pieces are handmade and come from raw materials, please anticipate minor variations in color and texture. You can be confident that the piece you receive will be uniquely yours!

CAN YOU MAKE ME A CUSTOM PIECE?

Yes! We do offer bespoke engagement rings and other commissioned pieces. Should you be interested in this, please navigate to the custom design form to discuss requirements.

Please note that bespoke pieces may take 6 or more weeks to create, depending on the complexity of the project.

I LIKE A PIECE IN YOUR STORE, BUT I’D LIKE A DIFFERENT STONE.

In most cases, this shouldn’t be a problem. If you don’t see the gemstone(s) you are interested in on the drop-down menu of the Oma Jewelry piece of your choice, please e-mail us at info@omajewelry.com  Kindly note that stone customization may not always be available, and the cost will reflect the changes made.

I DON’T SEE MY SIZE IN YOUR SHOP.

We try our best to offer inclusive sizing. Our website does not include all the sizes we offer. If you do not see your size listed (including quarter sizes), please e-mail us at ava@omajewelry.com and we will do our best to meet your needs!

I’D LIKE TO GET MYSELF/MY BELOVED A RING, BUT I DON’T KNOW THEIR SIZE.

Don’t panic! We recommend going to a local jeweller to determine your proper ring size. Alternatively, inexpensive ring sizers are available for purchase online. You may also try to use this link to determine your ring size. Please note that we are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered. Mandrels and sizers may vary internationally, so please do your best to find a US ring sizer, as we are not responsible for determining your ring size or accommodating returns based on inaccurate ring sizing outside of our production studio.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ENGRAVING?

Yes. Should you be interested in having a piece custom engraved (not stamped), please contact us by e-mail at info@omajewelry.com for rates and styles offered. At this time, we are unable to engrave on thin band models.

CAN YOU SET MY HEIRLOOM STONE IN ONE OF YOUR SETTINGS?

You are very lucky to have a beautiful heirloom stone! We are open to setting heirloom stones into existing Oma Jewelry pieces or custom designs, however it must be noted that the Designer cannot be sure of the quality of the stone(s) and therefore cannot be held responsible if they break. Of course, reasonable precautions will be taken if heirloom stones are used for designs. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact our team. Kindly note we do not set moissanite or synthetic stones.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Please note that as all Oma Jewelry pieces are made to order, they are final sale and we do not accept returns, so please be sure of the piece you’re looking at before you purchase! If you are hesitant and have any questions, please contact us prior to placing an order. Once an order has been placed, we put it into production and it cannot be cancelled.
